Terms and Conditions

• The quoted rates are in US dollar and include daily Breakfast, Taxes and Service Charge.
• Room Charge is paid to Hotel directly upon your checking in !
• A credit card number is required to confirm and guarantee the booking. Hotel will contact you for Credit Card Authorization after your booking is confirmed.
• Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out. Examples: Phone Calls, Room Services.....
• Cancellations or changes made after the deadline (14 days to the arrival date) are subject to a cancellation penalty. This includes a One night room charge.
• No Show, Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a 100% charge.
• No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given.
• Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Child under the age of 12 years old shared bed the existing bed with parents is Free of Charge (Charge only USD 6 daily for Breakfast). Extra Bed is available at USD 15 per night.
• Child aged 12 years old or older than is charged at adult rate and please includes them in the number of adult’s box.
